Lotus Health Travel is a medical tourism coordination service operated by Lotus Grup A.Ş., registered in Antalya, Turkey. We act as an intermediary between international patients and accredited medical clinics in Antalya for hair transplant, dental, and aesthetic surgery procedures.
By using our website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Our Service
Lotus Health Travel is a coordination and facilitation service, not a medical provider. We do not perform medical procedures. Our role is to:
- Connect patients with vetted, accredited clinics and surgeons in Antalya
- Coordinate consultations, transfers, accommodation, and post-treatment follow-up
- Provide information and guidance throughout the treatment journey
All medical assessments, diagnoses, treatment decisions, and procedures are the sole responsibility of the treating clinic and its medical professionals.
3. No Medical Advice
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Information provided is for general informational purposes only. You should always consult a qualified medical professional before making any healthcare decisions. Lotus Health Travel accepts no liability for decisions made based on information on this website.
4. Consultations & Quotes
Initial consultations provided by Lotus Health Travel are free and non-binding. Treatment quotes are indicative and subject to clinical assessment. Final pricing is confirmed by the treating clinic following a formal consultation.
5. Bookings & Payments
Payment terms are agreed directly between the patient and the treating clinic. Lotus Health Travel may collect a coordination fee in some cases — this will be disclosed clearly before any commitment is made. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Lotus Health Travel is not responsible for any financial disputes between patients and clinics.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by clinic and procedure. Patients are responsible for understanding the cancellation terms of their chosen clinic before booking. Lotus Health Travel will assist in communicating with clinics but cannot guarantee refunds or fee waivers.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical procedure cancellations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lotus Health Travel and Lotus Grup A.Ş.shall not be liable for:
- Any medical outcomes, complications, or adverse results from treatments arranged through us
- Acts or omissions of clinic partners, surgeons, or other third-party providers
- Travel disruptions, accommodation issues, or force majeure events
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind
Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the coordination fee paid to Lotus Health Travel for the relevant service.
8. Patient Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete medical history to both Lotus Health Travel and the treating clinic
- Obtaining appropriate travel documentation, visas, and travel insurance
- Following pre- and post-operative instructions provided by your clinic
- Attending all required follow-up appointments
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Lotus Grup A.Ş. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
